Life without cigarettes bites the big one
Can't stand anyone today
Need to hybernate

Quitting smoking sucks! And everyone else sucks when you're quitting!

I opted for the slow withdrawl plan (set a quit date several months in advance, and allotted fewer and fewer cigarettes each month/week as that date approached) which was OK for nicotine withdrawl, but required lots of willpower to not cheat on my daily allotment.

Good luck quitting - you really won't regret it.

Argh, I did this in Dec. It's really hard.

I don't have much.

Remember that the craving passes in about 20 mins, so if you can distract yourself, that will help.

Remember you can't just have one, and finally, be kind to yourself.

Hang in there, you can do it.
