I have been sitting with this for a full week now. For those of you who haven't heard, our adoption agency has declared bankruptcy. We are heartbroken, devastated and just plain sad. However, right now we are also NOT ready to give up. We have dreamed of Amara everyday for the last (almost) 2 years and we are not going to give up that easy. WE HAVE THE MOST AMAZING SUPPORT GROUP ONLINE who have kept me from sinking into a desperate place. They have held my head up when I couldn't. They, most of them unaware at this point, have held my hand and become my friends. WE are almost 500 strong and we won't give up until "they listen".
