Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog! We're hoping that things go smoothly for Ghana since it's such a new program. It is such a step of faith because it's a huge unknown but things have been going smoothly in the States for Ghana for the past couple years. Since it's a new program there are hardly any families in it...there are only about 25 people ahead of us! So far all of the referrals have come within 8-12 weeks but those occurred recently and nobody has yet to bring home their children so we have no idea what to expect for the time after referral! We are just so anxious to get our file there so we can feel like things are moving forward :)
Can I ask why you guys switched to Ethiopia? Did Zambia close after your file was sent there? I know it says on Imagine's site that they have currently closed the Zambian program until they can meet the current requests.
