So, my agency (IA) gave me a tracking number. I can now go on the courier's website and see EXACTLY where our dossier is. Today, as of 9:36 AM, our dossier departed the facility in the NYC Gateway (and I am surprised at how slowly it is moving - could have drove it there faster....)
What a cool thing though. We will know the exact time it arrives in Ethiopia and who picks it up.
Great - I now have a new obsession!

wow , that would have been a REALLY hard decision. That is crazy they didn't explain that in the beginning. The wait is BRUTAL but in the end it WILL be worth it. We laughed pretty hard about your video conversation with your hubby..... ahhhh the best part about the wait... great men to wait with!!!
I loved the tracker. It was so fun to "watch" it travel the world and then to get to see the signature of whoever picked it up in Ethiopia and know that we were officially expecting...great feeling!
I tracked our dossier about every hour for four days. It is VERY exciting, isn't it?? It was so wonderful when it finally said "Delivered." When I knew it was in the right hands and we were now officially on "the list" I was so happy!! Congratulations to you!
